Well I don't think anyone will complain about that plan. I still dislike passwords, comrade

, but I have to agree that there's not too much room for complaint when:
a) you do the hard work fishing this stuff out from Share,
b) you initiate the seed, and
c) all you ask in return is that people get the torrent going (instead of 食い逃げ)
I hope in the future you decide that 12 hours is usually a good enough time to see if the torrent is healthy (since the wait is
KILLING me

), but even if we had to wait 48 hours it wouldn't be so bad. From the looks of it we're still going to be amongst the first in the English-speaking 'net to enjoy these gems.
The only problem I see? I don't know if this plan is going to help a torrent
stay alive. Once you post the password, and once the initial rush has subsided, the torrent will probably die down to 1 or 2 seeders who will be "dedicated" for a week or two. And then the torrent will die. Like they always (99%) do. If somebody comes along later wanting the material ... you're still going to have to reseed.
I guess the good news, though, would be that even if you do reseed, if you put up a
new password, it'll force people to share again. So ... hmm ... maybe this plan will work.

Who knows?
