If you go on the Dost Factors, then nothing you are looking at in this sub-forum is legal... why? Well:

Material can be judged as "Child Pornography" if:

Maybe he was referring to the mislabeled candydoll4 torrent that me and pandabear were discussing

if not, i'd tend to agree with you snakeboy, why single out this stuff? candydoll material is pretty innocuous compared to some of the stuff out there (like a GARO vid or something)

nothing i've seen looks any worse than what you could find on the TTB or SGG's websites - but its still nice to look at

I totally agree with you... I was just surprised to see the images that loaded from one of those torrents. If you take a look for yourself, the girl is basically naked.

Basically, if she isn't 18... That torrent should be removed right away... So naturally, we wanna know.

The point I was making is that whether the material is of a girl under 18 engaged in some actual sexual act, or if it's something like Miiyu taking a shower fully "clothed" in a bathing suit, in the eyes of "the law" they're the same. - equally illegal.

Don't get me wrong, the only reason I frequent this board is for access to this "illegal" content, but at least I'm not fooling myself about he legal nature of this stuff.

I get so sick of the double standard. ie, Miyuu/Natsuki is "over the line" but the rest of the stuff is ok. Those who look at Miiyu/Natsuki/Laspinas etc are pedofiles, but those who download Miho and Tomoe are "art lovers"?... puh-lease.!

Good luck with that reasoning in court, that's all I'm saying... In accordance with these so-called "Dost" principals, we're all going to burn in the same hell for what we view here. Art lovers and pedofiles alike...

I also don't own a lot of CD's that I have the MP3's for and I'm sure I'm not the only one. That's illegal too you know... I do have a windows license here somewhere, just like I'm sure we all the fill registered and paid for all the software we own, right?
