Is video producer who lied about model's age considered illegal?

I've think about it many times, and recently in Yukari Fujima's case (she's been declared her birthdate at 21/7/1993 but when she's going nude her birthdate are "changed" into 9/7/1990, increase her age from 16 to 19) that video producers tend to lie about model age to make 18+ age model to become U-15 model for various reasons.

Therefore, I think about comsumer's right law that (at least in my country) consumers have right to know about "correct" details of products they want to buy. Likes when we wants to buy a virgin olive oil, we've right to knows that this olive oil are "virgin" or not, if not, we can sue the company that they lied about their product. Same in this case, if someone here file the video producer company that they lied about model's age. I think this is illegal. If they want to make model looks like U-15 model, they shouldn't reveal her (fake) birthdate at all.

I always doubt that you can compare cases with human beings to products (like you just did). I think it's not illegal per se, it just made be not nice for the costumers. You know there are only a few possibilities in which it could be a problem. One of that being for example an underage girl participating in porn. Faking her age so she becomes legal is of course not legal. However making someone who is 18+ and promoting her as U15 is not illegal.

Actually my personal opinion about this is: I doubt any of the girls' revealed birthdates are real. And even if they only changed the day or month. I just somehow have doubts about those dates being correct. It might be for privacy purpose...it might be for something else. Who knows maybe some even have other names. I don't know about this certain case I will mention now but it wouldn't make me wonder if they lied about the age of Saya Iree (spelling?) and her huge knockers. Who knows maybe it was revealed that her age was fake so I really don't know anything about her. I just think that it's not really likely for a 12yo to have such huge balloons.
