hmmm. it would be easier to answer if you were more specific about what post or game(s) you were referring to but I will try:

Japanese games are in general written in the Japanese language. Your computer must be be able to understand and interpret Japanese characters. Although most computers can do this they are not usually set up to do so. There is probably a sticky somewhere in the hentai section about this but basically in windows XP at least you need to

1. go to control panel
2. click "Date,Time,Language, and Regional Options"
3. click "Regional and Language options"
4. select Japanese under regional options
5. click advanced and select Japanese under "Language for non-Unicode programs"

There is a reboot involved and you will likely have to load the language from the boot disk but there will be prompts for all of this. This should allow you to play most any Japanese games, some of which are just loads of fun. There are a few that are also translated, which I prefer, but there are translation tools available here that help understand untranslated text and excellent tutorials can be found here on how to use them.

Well, sometimes I just have to be honest and say when I am out of my depth. I am not very techie savy per se. Those are both flashgames I presume, at least Dr Tannou is. I don't know much about them. If you have the proper flash player installed they should play but I don't know for sure what flashplayer the need or what you have installed. Some flashgames require to be played via your browser. Try posting a request for help in either the tech section or Hentai Discussion area. Give a detailed description of what errors or results you are getting.

I have a few Japanese games that I like to play so far. Not all have true loli content but most have some. I will try to add any links that we have here or elsewhere where applicable or allowed and give a brief description of the games.

Musumaker:By far my favorite loli game but I haven't played it for awhile. This is a fairly long game and it is not translated yet,(perhaps never) and I prefer translated games as the story is much easier to follow. There is a lot of interactive hardcore scenes in this that are fun and quite a few different paths and outcomes.

Description:Itsuki ( the character you play as) is a simple university student until his father suddenly dies. He is then forced to take over the orphanage he ran up until this point, but in truth an orphanage is what this place is not. In truth it is a brothel and Itsuki ( the current owner) must now train each of the girls as sex slave's for their future owner's.

Family Project: This is actual a visual novel type of game which is very popular in Japanese hentai games I have found. It is not a loli game but does have some loli content and one loli route. I have not played all the routes to this game. It is a very long game and I found it very emotional and more so, very well written. Unlike most H-games this one doesn't not have much "H" at all, so be forewarned. In this one it is all about the story. If I didn't like it, if I wasn't impressed by it, I wouldn't suggest it.
The game is fully translated into english.

Sacred Plume

Not translated, the game seems to have a few bugs but major loli hardcore scenes. This is an RPG game that you can play and enjoy to some extent without understanding the story but story is always a major part of any game. There are multiple walkthroughs available. It is Teatimes first,(I think, could be wrong about that), loli game and not their last. Posted here:

Tears To Tiara

Highly recommended if you enjoy RPG games, I had a lot of fun with it. Some good loli content but plenty of regular Hentai as well. This has been posted here a few times and it is translated,(via patch).

Undoubtedly the best Japanese hard core loli game producer out there is Kodomo-H. The games are untranslated but any loli lover who wants to play a loli game should try some of these. A few are posted here in the Hentai game sections but you will have to use you search options to find the ones you are interested in. These games are censored but the loli action is as good as a true hentai game gets.
