normally you won´t find any uncensored stuff in Japan, as it is forbidden by law, there could be a black market though - aquamarine* or some other members from Japan will know more about it / have better information from source.

There´s enough uncensored Japanese stuff produced for export only which is not effected by the censorship laws.

There are probably places where you can find physical underground shops offering uncensored JAV (& uncensored hentai anime). Try a big city like Yokohama, Kawasaki, and the Shibuya and Asakusa areas of Tokyo. I didn't see any when I was there in May. But I wasn't really looking.
I think you're more likely to find its purveyors on the World-Wide Web. The W-WW sites shall be in Japanese.
I remind those seeking this content that 95% of it is from legitimate producers located in the U.S.A. (But they are Japanese females.)
They were also not very good values for the customer. The last time I found such a site, it wanted ¥12,000 for ten 60-minute uncensored DVDs.
