Are people complaining about big-breasted Jr Idols? If so, I could see the need there: necessary segregation to maintain the peace.
Otherwise, I don't think this is a practical suggestion.
If Akiba-Online were 50% "I love big boobs!" and 50% "I hate big boobs!" then sure, maybe. But first of all, we don't all agree on what "busty" means. To me, it'd mean an American C cup or bigger, but to some, it'd mean anything larger than a Japanese A cup. Second of all, for a community where there is no sharp black-and-white divide between our boob preferences, a black-and-white divide like this would introduce a lot of trouble and frustration for too many innocent parties.
Part of the reason there's no reason to draw a division between the 巨乳 (BB) and the 貧乳 (flat-chested) camps is because breast size typically does not ruin a girl's appeal completely. Things that can ruin a girl's appeal for one or both parties are typically the sorts of things you see getting partitioned off from the rest of the board.
The classic example is of course loli. Fans are tired of haters bitching about it. Haters are tired of fans posting it everywhere, making them sick to their stomachs. The issue is so divisive that the best solution really is to separate the two parties and to say, "Look here: I don't care what else is in this story! If it's mostly loli, it goes in the Loli board! And if it's mostly not, then it goes in the Adult board! Understand?"
Let's say I go to the JAV forum and I see somebody post a thread of a 14 year old girl who looks like she's a kid. I didn't want to see that. But the guys who do don't want to hear me bitch about it either. So what's the solution? Make a separate forum for girls in that age group. And that's what chompy's already done here.
But now let's say I go to the JAV forum and I see a 30-year old Japanese woman in a bikini with Japanese B-cup breasts. Does she rock my world? No. Do I think she's hot? Probably not. (Most porn stars aren't, and the lack of nice breasts ain't helpin' matters much.) But does she make me sick to my stomach? Does seeing her make me want to gouge out my eyeballs? Do I feel morally offended by the very sight of her? Of course not.
And I doubt you do, either. So why the need for a BB subforum? O_o
If it really disturbs you to see flat-chested women, then I sympathize. And if it really disturbs someone else to see busty women and he's been ragging on you, then I sympathize. But ... breast size isn't normally the sort of thing men rage at each other over. It's like hair color -- every man has his preferences, but he's not going to get angry if porn's submitted with women whose hair isn't the color he likes best.

As far as I know no one is complaining. Its just have no idea who most of these models are with an exception to a few and sometimes the names on the thread titles is in Japanese, so sifting through the threads can take an extremely long time. I love big breasts. I am not repulsed by flat chests or tiny breasts and I am not going to knock anyone for liking flat chests or tiny breast. I just suggested it for the sake of convenience. I am sure other people feel the same way. If not a different subforum section maybe a thread tag or a sticky thread with links to threads with busty models? (I apologize for taking so long to respond)

As a fellow lover of big boobs, I would probably benefit from this. So why am I against it? I'm against it because every single fetishist has asked, and continues to ask, for a separate subforum for his own fetish. And if chompy implemented their requests, the board would become even more difficult to navigate than it is now.
Specifically, in the last year alone, people have asked for a lesbian subforum, a bizarre content forum, a division between 18+ and 16-17 years old in the 16+ board, a shota discussion board, a futa discussion board, ... you see my point. People have asked chompy numerous times to split something old into two somethings new.
The problems are both fetish overlap -and- fetish boundary disagreements.
Fetish Overlap:
Suppose the JAV Torrents board has subforums for Big Breasts, Swimsuits, and Lotion. Suppose somebody posts a thread for a new porn video where a big-breasted girl wears a swimsuit and smears lotion all over her body? Where is he supposed to post the video? Does it go in all three subforums? If so, where are people supposed to reply if they want to discuss it?
Fetish Boundary Disagreement:
Suppose chompy makes a Big Breasts subforum, a Normal Breasts subforum, and a Small Breasts subforum inside of JAV. Suppose somebody then uploads a porn video of a woman with C-cup (Japanese definition) breasts. The flat-chest fan says "THOSE ARE HUGE! GET THOSE OFF OF MY NORMAL BOARD!" The normal fan says, "Those are average. They belong here." And the big breasts fan says, "This is posted in the wrong section. These boobs belong in Small Breasts. Can a mod move this thread, please? Normal is for Japanese D and E only."
You could try to get around this problem by asking a mod to define the limits in a Rules thread, but (a) how many people will read it? and (b) how many uploaders will disagree with the rules and (either because they didn't or because they couldn't read the rules) will go ahead and post their porn where they think it belongs?
If people used tags, it wouldn't be a problem. But that's like saying "If people were nicer, there'd be no war." Sure, maybe. But they're not nicer. And they don't use the tags system. So ... we've got to find something else which does work.
But hey: if chompy ignores my pessimism and grants your wish? I'll be in that new forum all the time. XD

The easy fix,include the cup minimum it in the forum section title for example "Busty Section(D cup US standard or bigger)".

Threads tags but still placed in the busty sub-forum section.
Shrug. I'd benefit from this, but I'm against it because it establishes a precedent for every other person to ask chompy for a subforum for their fetish, and before you know it the board is going to have way too many subforums.
