Is it just me or am I seeing more jav torrents stuck at 99.9% ? It doesn't necessarily have to be 99% but the torrents will just come to a stop and slowly bleed the data over several days. Is this a way to get people to seed more? Seeing some of the frustrated comments on utorrent's ratings are funny.
Too many people fail to seed and jump off as soon as they get a file. I have some torrents that gave up at 92% but I can usually get the files to run on VLC. There may be hope for a reseed if you ask around.

SHKD-478, 99.9%, spoofed seeders, video won't play despite one 371kb chunk.
Now that's some bullshit, and I'm pretty sure the dickweed did it on purpose.
Yeah, one of the more recent torrents I remember like that was an uncensored ameri ichinose video. I can't remember the title but it had thousands of leechers and what looked like thousands of seeders but stayed at 99% for over a week.
I recently tried to reseed some torrents in the IV section because I did posses the AVI files and the ISO files that I got from the torrent originally 2 or 3 years previous and I could not seed those torrents to 100% completion. I could not even cause the swarm's peers to get 100% of the AVI or ISO files because the torrent contained several smap(spam) files and I did not possess those files and what happens when a torrent is created is the torrent client breaks the sum total of the total files into blocks so we can trade pieces of those blocks to put those blocks togather to get the files we want and one of those blocks contained the data for those smap files with a tiny fragment of the ISO file in that block and because I did not have the total content of that block my client saw this as me not having that block and could not and would not send out that tiny fragment of the ISO and all the peers who participated in this torrent got only 99.9% of that ISO. Moral of the story is don't include spam in your torrents, most people do not want. Sorry I could not explain this more gracefully but sometimes because of a missing TXT file or a missing JPG file the ISO or AVI cannot complete even if a peer in the swarm has the entire ISO or AVI because of the way torrents are broken up into blocks.
