I have seen that it has been released an AV title with a so called "SISTER" of Yamaguchi Riko

My question is: Is she the real sister of Yamaguchi-san, or just a girl who got assigned the "Kayfabe" of her sister ?

It might possibly be, since they are very similiar, but you can never know.
