I've downloaded more hentai than I can read over the past 2 months, so I only just got around to checking this one out. Gotta say, it was an excellent publication. Almost every story was either 5/5 or 4/5. I deleted, like, next to nothing. (Which for me is very rare.) I'm grateful that you've uploaded these issues, dude, and I hope they keep coming. Comic 0EX is probably a magazine I'd subscribe to if I actually lived in Japan ... although I think I'd still prefer digital copies in the end and would just shelves the magazines on a bookcase.

Are these loli or not? It's hard to keep track of what's what.

Here's a sample from four different stories in the magazine. I would say that there is next to no content in here that appeals to your strict "delicious flatchest" loli fan because even the schoolgirls are depicted with developed breasts and such, but undeniably a good chunk (if not even 50%) of the magazine's stories depict a girl who either is drawn loli-faced (like the girl in the top-right corner) or who is situationally underaged (e.g. a schoolgirl, not pictured here).

Even so, I would not describe this as being a loli magazine: not by a longshot! Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, I dunno, you decide. I'll just say if you want more loli check out Comics Rin and Lo and if you want less loli check out Comics Puromero and Kairakuten. This comic sort of falls in the middle. I wouldn't call any of the stories "loli," but that's because to me it's not loli so much as ephebo unless the girl is either (a) a little girl or (b) is behaving like a little girl (with a ton of "Onii-tan" talk and sexual confusion and such). Insofar as there are "lolis" in this magazine, I would say there are "lolis" in Dead or Alive and Street Fighter. In other words ... no, I wouldn't say there's any loli in here.
